B and S Loveable puppies has made every effort to provide you with a healthy puppy. Breeder guarantees that all vacinations and worming are current. If your vet gives these shots over, then your contract will be null and void. It is the buyer's responsibility to have this puppy or dog examined by a licensed veterinarian of their choice with in 48 hours of taking possession of the puppy. If this puppy is found to have a life threatening congenital defect at this exam, a replacement puppy of equal value will be given and this puppy is returned to breeder with all papers that were given at time of sale after breeders veterinarian's verification. All veterinarian expences will be the buyers responsible. Breeder is not responsible for illness or health problems or Contagious defects which are diagnosed after this time except where stated in this contract. Breeder will not be responsible for Parvo, distemper , or corona virus after 48 hours of sale as these are highly contagious diseases and they can be contracted immediately after leaving the breeder. Breeder is also not responsible for low blood suger in small Puppies .

Buyer agrees to care for this dog as would a humane and conseintious dog owner and agrees to provide: 

1.Because of the varaiety and quality of dog foods available and all canine illness are not covered by vaccinations, we require that all B and S Loveable Dog/puppies be kept on nuvet plus canine. This nutritional supplement and is only avaible through breeder recommendation. You will be instructed concerning this when you take possession fo the puppy. The order numger is 1-800-474-7044 and your code is 45319. Hours are 8 am - 6pm pacific time. Nuvet labs sends us a monthly report on which B and S Loveable Puppies are being supplement  note: This health guarantee will be considered null and void if you do not keep your pet on this supplement. 

2. If the puppy is being shipped, it is the buyer's responsiblility to return the breeder's copy of the signed health garantee /sales contract to the breeder with in one week of shipping. All sales are in the state of Texas and the city of Winnsboro.

3. The buyer agrees to inform B and S Loveable Puppies of any titles or awards obtained by the dog for out breeding records. Breeder will accept the return of this dog at any time the pruchaser declines to keep said dog. However the breeder is not obligated to refund any or all the pruchase price.
